Question 1

What can I try today?

Accepted Answer

You can try the guided preview at /simulator and the browser voice preview at /voice-trial. The voice preview uses consent-aware capture: your microphone stays off until you choose to start and grant permission.

Question 2

What does the guided preview do?

Accepted Answer

The guided preview walks through a sample customer inquiry and shows a suggested reply and possible next step for review. It is a demonstration: it does not send a message, place a call, book an appointment, or take a payment.

Question 3

Is the browser voice preview a phone answering service?

Accepted Answer

No. The browser voice preview is a short, consent-based demonstration, not a business phone line. It does not answer customer calls or trigger a live business action.

Question 4

Are phone answering, SMS, payments, or calendar booking live?

Accepted Answer

No. Phone answering, SMS, payments, and calendar booking are not live yet. The public guided and browser voice previews do not perform those actions.

Question 5

When does the voice preview use my microphone?

Accepted Answer

The browser voice preview asks for your consent before it starts. Your microphone stays off until you choose to begin and your browser grants microphone permission. You can stop the preview at any time.

Question 6

Where can I find current plan and pricing information?

Accepted Answer

See the Plans page at /plans for current plan and pricing information.

Question 7

Where can I read the Privacy and Terms pages?

Accepted Answer

The Privacy and Terms pages are drafts for Dvir and lawyer review. They are not final policies or legal advice.
